反戰歌曲─Zombie

來自愛爾蘭的搖滾天團不只U2，還有小紅莓合唱團啊！在這邊和大家分享他們的經典之作 "Zombie"，歌曲的背景，源自於一九九三年，愛爾蘭共和軍實行的『威靈頓炸彈攻擊』。

整首歌給人的感覺就好像在說一個故事，一開始吉他以cleantone刷出節奏的方式進入，好像要將一件事娓娓道來。要進主歌前吉他單音隨著音階盤旋而下，為整首歌平添淒涼的感覺。主唱以低訴的方式進入，讓人感受到歌詞中那種戰火和暴力後的沉默。接下來我覺得是整首歌最讚的地方，主唱那種空靈的嗓音，還有轉音的技巧，有種飄渺的感覺，好像真的看見瀰漫著一片愁雲慘霧的戰場。最後副歌的那種爆發力，將所有的不滿宣洩，控訴著戰爭的無情。結尾的貝斯聲，低沉而憤怒，好像是一種無言的抗議，對戰爭的不滿全部凝聚在這一段收尾。

歌詞也是個很有意思的地方，其實聽了這首歌之後我一直在想，他副歌所唱的那個「腦袋中的行屍走肉」到底是誰的腦袋…
是士兵的腦袋，每個人都只能遵從著上面下達的命令，無法思考，把自己當作一台台殺人機器，像個行屍走肉?
還是說那些發動戰爭的人，他們都只看到自己的利益，看不到生靈塗炭的場景，麻木不仁，就像行屍走肉?
還是那些無辜的老百姓，只能任人宰割，或許今天逃過一劫，但也不知道自己能活到什麼時候，每天都過得像行屍走肉?

威靈頓炸彈襲擊事件：
在威靈頓爆炸事件發生於1993年的英國 Warrington，由臨時愛爾蘭共和軍（IRA）發動。第一次進攻，在一個地區高壓氣體儲存設施，創造了一個巨大的火球，沒有人死亡，但一名警察遭到槍擊。第二次攻擊對準大橋和街到殺死了兩名兒童。
